The Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Project

The California Afterschool Network Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Project an effort to build the capacity of regional after school programs to achieve and sustain high levels of quality and staff continuity. The Network is excited to offer this project to improve regional program quality and develop local leadership.

How the Project Works

Site Directors with proven experience in developing successful sites will be selected to serve as Mentors. Each Mentor will work with two Mentees to support their professional development and program improvement efforts over the coarse of an academic year.
